The Grammy Awards, the most prestigious U.S. music award nominated by the group BTS (BTS), will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 3.

The Recording Academy, which organizes the Grammy, confirmed and announced the schedule for the 64th Grammy Awards on its website on the 18th (local time).

According to the announcement, the awards ceremony will be held at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas for 3 hours and 30 minutes from 8 p.m. on the 3rd and will be broadcast live on CBS in the U.S. Comedian Trevor Noah will host the event.

Earlier, the Recording Academy was scheduled to hold an award ceremony in Los Angeles (LA) on the 31st of this month, but canceled it in the aftermath of the spread of the COVID-19 Omicron mutation. This is the first time that the Grammy Awards will be held in Las Vegas.

BTS has been nominated for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category for the second consecutive year at this year's awards ceremony. The most nominated is jazz musician John Batist, who has been nominated in 11 categories. Justin Bieber and Ceramic Cat were nominated eight times, while Billy Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo were nominated in seven categories.

The Recording Academy did not announce the details of the awards ceremony, but it is known that it is planning a stage where the audience will attend and artists will perform in person.

The Grammy Awards were postponed from January to March last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
