BTS Jimin's solo song "Filter" is constantly pouring out all-time records on Spotify, the world's largest music streaming site.
Jimin's "Filter" surpassed 120 million streams on Spotify on the 19th, achieving a new record for the shortest time for a Korean male solo song (120,217,565).
This is the fastest solo track of the BTS's fourth full-length album Map of the Soul:7 (Map Of The Soul:7), which includes "Filter," and is drawing more attention as songs without promotions and music videos continue to be successful.
Jimin is the only Korean solo artist to have two streaming songs with more than 120 million Spotify songs along with the solo song "Lie" from the WINGS album.
Jimin's "Filter," which is also the world's first B-side song in 110 countries, has been popular for about 11 months since its release, topping not only BTS but also K-pop's solo songs in the "Spotify 2020 Best K-pop Treklist" released in December last year.
