Big Hit Music, the agency, posted a notice on Weverse, a fan community platform, on the 19th, and said, "Jin injured his left index finger during his daily life on the 18th (Friday) and moved to the emergency room of a nearby hospital for examination and processing. As a result of the test, I was diagnosed with partial damage to my left index tendon and needed surgery, and I underwent surgery to suture my left index finger muscles later in the day."

According to medical staff, Jin's surgery has been completed well. The agency said, "I am resting and resting after being discharged from the hospital on the morning of the 19th (Saturday). We will wear protective gear for the time being for a quick recovery, he said.
